Tape Deck?? what the hell is that? oh yeah i remember.. they still make those? lol.. nah i spose i could do that... it goes against my religion but what the heck... what happened to the stock tape deck? or are you up grading...? its not that i dont agree (i spose i dont) but whats wrong with the good (not so) old cd head unit?.. being an older car that it is it should be fairly straight foward... but the only problem is that i gotta borrow a mates or my dads voltmeter... very handy lil things... being such a small job... is there anything else you want me to do?

lol, the old stockky deck is befurked.... don't really have the cash for cd player, but this way i get to jack the mp3 player into it also ;D. went searching around some wreckers around ballarat, but no luck.... no standards for my Ford were in working condition .... so in my wanderings around Autobarn i find a relatively cheapish tape deck.... i thought.... why not and got it. All that needs doing is getting it in. Don't really think it needs much more than that... lol ;D [glow=blue,2,300]-Ace[/glow]

how much did you pay for the tape deck? and if you only got it to plug in the mp3 player there are better ways.. admitedly they are slightly more expensive but sq kicks arse... like plug in straight into a cheap amp and running a few speakers of it... people wont know tat you dont have a cd player coz the quality will be right up there... and i think you'll find that super cheap has the cheapest tape/cd excrement in town... mind you quality isnt real good... i think sound stream or maybe its california audio are the cheapest stuff you'll find with a tape deck going for as cheap as $20
