A cruise sounds good.
What about somewhere nice and simple + close for first cruise... i had somewhere like queenscliffe or barwon heads in mind.

...What about somewhere nice and simple + close for first cruise... How about Lake Wendouree ;D The way my cars going at the moment, I wouldn't trust it to get me much further! (Front brakes need machining (wobble on braking), the front has a knocking noise on take off (not FWD shudder - justttt one quiet clunk - maybe driveline?) and it has an intermittent miss sometimes) Oh well the front end get looked at tomorrow then the engine later. Hopefully it doesn't empty my wallet too much

well unfortunately i dont think ill be able to drive to this one... looks like the family mechanic which i have to go to (not my choice) is on holidays atm and prob wont be able to get the car done this side of christmas... which is a real kick in the pants... but if someone else wnats me to drive their car ;D (it alright i wouldnt trust me either lol)... but who knows i might be lucky enough to get it done in time for christmas...
as for where we go im pretty open to anything... if i can get the car running... maybe the thing to do would be to organise a day some where of in the future and then have those that can attend on that day vote before hand on where we go... or maybe we could justttt cruise down to Torquay or St. Kilda Beach? whadduhyareckon? ;D

im in... some one want to set a date? Puck... what do you think? Zen, I think this is a great idea for you young single blokes (if you know what I mean). Sorry guys, at the moment I have other priorities which revolve around my family & 7 children. I'll consider joining in on Ballarat local events but cannot commit to distance cruises, but may one day join one with my son who will inherit my Magna in 4 years justt a quick note for the rest of you considering the cruise. Stay safe, be sensible, etc... and if anything bad happens (such as an accident) don't tell your insurance that you were on a cruise, car rally, club event, etc. This COULD have an impact to your claim.
